The Festival is again offering prizes for the best works of art containing Daffodils with entries now open for the Festival in September.

The Daffodil Art Prize was first offered in 2007 and has continued to attract high quality work in many mediums each year.

Original art works containing daffodils will again attract a prize of $500 with an additional $200 offered for the best watercolour in that competition.

The watercolour award was first offered in 2015 in memory of the late Esther Rose, a two time Art Prize winner.

The winners of Daffodil Art Prizes along with the Art Photography Prizes and Rotary Youth Art Awards will be announced at the opening of the Festival on 31 August when entries will be exhibited.

Closing date for entry forms for Daffodil Art is 11 August and delivery of actual exhibits  is not until August 30.
